1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using MyAds (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. What MyAds is

MyAds is a marketplace connecting media buyers and sellers. We do not own, sell, or warrant the inventory posted by our users. All transactions happen between users.

3. Eligibility & account

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a legally binding contract. You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account.

4. Acceptable use

• No illegal, fraudulent, harmful, or deceptive content.
• No spam, scraping, or automated abuse.
• No impersonation, harassment, or hate speech.
• No infringement of third-party IP rights.

We may remove content and suspend accounts that violate these rules.

5. Safe Deals & fees

Safe Deals are an optional escrow-style protection: the buyer funds the deal to an admin wallet, the seller delivers, and funds are released after the buyer confirms or after the confirmation window expires. A monitoring fee applies to each party as displayed on the deal card. MyAds may resolve disputes at its sole discretion based on the evidence provided.

6. Content you post

You keep ownership of the content you post. You grant MyAds a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display, and distribute that content for the purpose of running the Service.

7. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyAds is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated in-app. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
